And Zach helped us with a test drive when we arrived early for our appointment. Phone calls were returned promptly after being taken by a very polite receptionist. All our questions were answered. The entire experience was without stress or pressure of any kind. I'm very glad we drove over 55 miles from our home in Orlando to make this purchase. Having been a previous Audi owner, I I just purchased my new Audi from Avy at Audi Lakeland and was very happy with the service from start to finish. Having been a previous Audi owner, I had really just gone in to check out the new model and try to determine if I wanted to again purchase another Audi and if so another Q5 or maybe try to cut my cost and move to a Q3. Avy showed me a 2018 they still had in stock which was not something I had considered, but after showing me what they could do for me with my trade in, I decided I would be much happier staying with a Q5 and with Audi than downsizing or going with another brand of auto. As I had also test drove a couple other brands, and then the 2018 Audi Q5, I again remembered why I liked Audi so much in the first place and that along with the deal and working with Avy made my decision easy. Dealer offered to repair, delayed, dead battery, etc. Needless to say, we were upset & returned car. A week later we finally picked up car that looked amazing. They made a bad sell great and we are pleased. Sales person was new and did not provide accurate information such as nav system when it did have the feature. All in all, Paul & service manager made a difference! More
