Outstanding I made the decision to trade in my old car and had no idea what I wanted. Avy Velez, spent 3 days, sending me quotes on different vehicles, showing me all kinds of cars that had what I was looking for. Finally we found the perfect one. I could not be happier. I was in and out of the dealership in the matter of 3 hours max. They don't leave you waiting and taking all your time. They are very straight forward, helpful, and take great pride in giving customer service to it's most outstanding degree. I'm over the moon happy with my car. I love my 2015 Hyundai civic. It has less than 2,000 miles. 1 owner and I got a great deal with my credit being as low as it was. I can't thank the people at Audi enough. More
