My Experience When we came to Audi Lakeland we were under certain time constraints re a travel schedule. If we weren't able to come to an arrangement then because o When we came to Audi Lakeland we were under certain time constraints re a travel schedule. If we weren't able to come to an arrangement then because of that schedule we'd have to wait for an extended period of time to purchase which we truly did not want to do. We met with Avi who listened to our requirements. Avi didn't try to sell us but tried to find the Audi Q7 which matched our needs. He was successful in doing that and at a good price. We did much of the negotiation process by email so we were a little apprehensive when we came in to close the deal but without cause as everything was exactly as represented. Since we were not trading in our exiting vehicle Avi arranged for our new Audi to be delivered promptly to our residence about 75 miles away. After I received delivery and having driven the vehicles I had questions about certain features and Avi explained those clearly to me. Buying a vehicle will never be an experience to which I look forward but thanks to Avi and the staff at Audi Lakeland this experience was smooth and painless. More

I asked him to please send some information directly to my wife Emily, who we were trying to find an Audi Q5 that had most of the options she was looking for, Avy spoke with Emily and we arranged to visit the dealership the next day (Saturday), where due to his heavy schedule - he would have a salesperson assigned work with us. We were met by Rey Bonet very shortly after arriveing at the deelearship, who immediately began to 'take in' our requirements and we wer able to take a spin in a Q5 while gauging what it was that Emily was specifically looking for. Emily and I quickly hit it off with Rey, who immediately made both of us very comfortable with his very personable and engaging demeanor, his knowledge of the product, his honesty, and what I felt was genuine empathy towards understanding what Emily was looking for in a car. Never hurried, he started with an attitude of 'YES' towards trying to find what she wanted. I must say that we had been looking at several dealerships throughout Tampa and Saint Petersburg area for several weeks and were being driven towards vehicles that -according to the sales people- were "the only available inventory" accessible within and outside the State. However, this young man listened to us, stuck with us, dug in, and somehow found Emily a vehicle that had EVERYTHING she was looking for in options, to include color, and it was nearby; and for me - he worked diligently towards getting me to the price I'd established as my bottom line. That said - after working with multiple dealers, Rey is far and above the BEST automotive sales person I've ever dealt with, who (understanding this is a business) I felt leaned far forward towards helping us make a very comfortable and satisfying purchase. Emily LOVES her Q5, and truly appreciated Rey's candor throughout the process, especially his sending us the short video of 'her new car' shortly after leaving Audi Lakeland, and then his delivering the vehicle to our doorstep (something I've never experienced in car buying), and his helping her "learn' the car" and feel comfortable with it before leaving. Overall, we experienced a uniquely comfortable experience with all the staff who we engaged with on Saturday; however, by and far - Rey Bonet was absolutley the single entity that facilitated our decision to say yes and purchase Emily's new Q5 which she absolutely Loves - Thanks Audi Lakeland, but especially...THANKS REY! More
