We put down a $500 refundable deposit to h Buyer Beware😡😡😡😠😠😠😠 Our salesman was good and helpful. It was everything after that was horrible. We put down a $500 refundable deposit to hold the vehicle until we got off work. It took us 30 days and a call to the credit card company to get it refunded. The finance lady tried to sneak $6,000 worth of aftermarket charges into our loan. I specifically asked for pricing and conveniently the system was down but yet she was still able to add it to the loan paperwork. We canceled all the aftermarket charges she added but she says she cannot produce any paperwork showing this was done and that the car payment will not change. Our trade was not paid off in over 30 days and the payment for the trade in was taken out of our banking account. This was a very frustrating situation after everything else we were dealing with. We are past 30 days and the $6000 warranty that we canceled within 24 hours of purchase has still not been taken off the loan. This has been by far the worst experience I have had with a dealership. We will be filing a grievance with the Better Business Bureau 😔😡😠 More
