I was not happy when I realized that the salesperson, Allen Ma, who was recommended to me by Jim Womack, who answered the phone when I called to set up an appointment, had another couple who just walked Allen Ma, who was recommended to me by Jim Womack, who answered the phone when I called to set up an appointment, had another couple who just walked in and asked for him. Someone else showed me the car I was interested in and, basically, I had to share Allen's services. Consequently, the whole process took a lot longer than I believe it should have. It took me 1 1/2 hours to get there and I was facing a 1 1/2 hour drive to get back home. I'm 76 years old and that was quite a trek for me to handle alone. After all was said and done, I'm giving Conicelli a 5-Star rating because Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Honda I was about to buy. While I was waiting my turn with the financial person, Allen took me to my new car and set up "Blue Tooth", which I never used before, and other things by connecting my iPhone to the car. He explained a lot of things I never knew before. This is the first car I ever bought that had features that show on a screen in the car. He showed me some other features of my new car including remote start. I told him that the time he spent with me showing me some of the features were worth all the waiting. Paul worked with me and was very detailed oriented. He showed patience and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and worked through the entire process of the in person sale. I had to drop off my rental car the night I picked up the car and he personally picked me up 10 minutes away and drove me back to the dealership to get my new car. The rest of the team at Conicelli including David Scott and finance were also excellent. They still follow up with me and ask how everything is going with the new car.
