Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had been to several other Toyota dealers and were frustrated with our experience, including a dealer we had purchased from previously. We knew we wanted a Tundra Crewmax, had specific requirements, and knew that inventory would be an issue. We were replacing an older truck, so could be flexible on delivery timing. Paul introduced us to the general manager, Frank, who was was also very understanding, and they were able to place a production request for us, with the understanding that it may not be honored by Toyota and if it was, timing would be out of Conicelli's control. Not only was our request honored, but and we took delivery within 30 days. All throughout the process, Paul answered all our questions and kept us informed. And he continues to follow up with us, post delivery. Working with Paul was like finding the ultimate EASY button! We highly recommend Paul and Conicelli. More
