Ayman was supposed to get back to me regarding a cargo area mat. We first spoke about not last Tuesday but the Tuesday before. He said give him a couple of days and he woukd get back to me. I texted him last Monday to which he responded he would call me Tuesday after not hearing from him I texted him again this past Friday morning and still no reply. I would like to resolve this. In addition there was a package of protection items that Inwas forced to take. The original price was $2000! He said the best he could do was reduce it to $1,000. I had no choice. I believe this charge was unnecessary I already paid a lot for 5he car it shouldn’t need this. Also when reading the material it I believe it said I was supposed to get some type of welcome kit which I never received. More

Know the rate you qualify for (including checking Honda Finance offers), know your trade-in value, and know what you want. The dealership does push a $5K add-on package, but to their credit they were willing to work with me and reduce that cost. They were also very fair and generous on my trade-in which really helped seal the deal. Finance was handled by Dan and it was refreshingly no nonsense. No hidden tricks, no pressure for useless extras, just the legit Honda backed services I actually wanted. Overall, I would recommend Brandon Honda to anyone who is ready to do their homework.
