While Justin worked behind the scenes to make sure I got the best possible deal, Eddie helped me narrow down the perfect truck for me. We landed on a 2026 Honda Ridgeline RTL in Sonic Gray Pearl AWD, right in my price range and exactly where I needed to be on monthly payments. One thing that really stood out was that Eddie hand-washed the vehicle for delivery. He does this for every customer, and that extra touch made the whole experience feel even more special, like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. I also really appreciated their finance team and how low-pressure the entire process was. They gave honest guidance on which warranties made the most sense and let me make the right decision without any pressure. I would absolutely give this experience a 10/10. I had the worst experience at Brandon Honda. I went to get a car in November 2025 and got a car I wanted. A week later my car was shaking on my way home. The car that had been “checked”. I gave them the car back and the service department worker, Thomas Sharoe, handled this horribly. If I didn’t contact him it would be weeks before I knew what was going on. A whole month passed by and we had gotten to the end of December. After getting about 3 bad reports from the car I decided to get another one. I ended up getting a new one and having to pay more because I had no other option but to get a car from there. The only ones who worked hard in the experience were Z Houichi and Dereck Quiñones in finance. They had so much patience with me in this horrible process and worked hard to fix the issue. More
