We found the car listing on AutoTrader, and sent a message to the dealership. Wilsonville Toyota responded quickly, and we set up an appointment to see the car. Azhar Khan was our salesman. I looked at many cars over several weeks, and I believe we got a fair price on a good used car. Wilsonville Toyota has a one price policy (no haggling) that they call "No Bull." They did offer extras (paint & upholstery protection, wheel & tire protection, etc.) which we declined, but Azhar did not pressure us into buying them. I found during the test drive that the car's wheel alignment was pulling to the left . We made an appointment to bring the car back & they repaired it at no cost. We were happy with our experience at Wilsonville Toyota, and would purchase there again. Making an appointment to have the car serviced was not easy, but the service person at the appointment was very friendly to my wife. I took one star off the rating as I think their "71 point inspection" should have caught the alignment issue. More

My sales rep, Azhar Khan, was low key, no pressure, informative, and went out of his way to answer my questions or get them answered if he didn't know himself. He even returned the rental car I drove i informative, and went out of his way to answer my questions or get them answered if he didn't know himself. He even returned the rental car I drove in with! Quick with helping and responding even after the purchase was made a month ago. So A+ at and after the purchase--I appreciate that this dealership seems to care about the long game with their customers and not the quick short gains. More
