Worst Customer Experience I Ever Had!! We bought our Honda CRV in 2014 from MotorWorld. In 2016, our VTC actuator needed to be replaced and was covered under warranty. Now, in 2018 the same We bought our Honda CRV in 2014 from MotorWorld. In 2016, our VTC actuator needed to be replaced and was covered under warranty. Now, in 2018 the same part failed. I took it back to MotorWorld and even though it was now out of warranty, I was hoping they would stand behind their brand and help out with paying for this same repair. I left my car there for the day and received a call from BJ. I was shocked to hear from her that the repairs where going to cost $1,800!! When I asked whether or not MotorWorld or Honda would consider helping to pay for the repairs, she said “they are not going to do that - you are past the warranty!” She didn’t offer to help in any way and seemed annoyed that I was even asking. I told her to not do the repairs and picked up my car. The next day I called another Honda dealer. They worked with me to get in touch with corporate Honda and after providing some information, Honda agreed to cover the entire cost, except for a $50 deductible. I will never purchase another car from MotorWorld and I certainly won’t be calling BJ for any service work!! More

He spent 45 minutes showing me the new style and inside gadgets. He opened the hood and showed me the engine and ease of service. I received a good financial deal and lease payment forgiveness. The numbers were correct and in three days I had a new car on time and well cleaned and polished. A head of Honda division meet me and thanked me for buying a Honda. Joe went over service department information and offered me to meet Honda service manager. The blue tooth was put on my I-phone thanks to Joe. The financial officer was nice and credible. Great service I had my 2017 Honda routinely serviced today. It was a positive experience, as usual. Afterwards I received a phone call at home from BJ (my favorit I had my 2017 Honda routinely serviced today. It was a positive experience, as usual. Afterwards I received a phone call at home from BJ (my favorite) telling me that James, the technician, thought he didn’t tighten something after he changed the oil. James drove to my home and rechecked his work in my driveway. That is customer service at its finest. Thank you Motorworld for employing such conscientious people. More
