So great. Before work, I met with BJ in Honda. I left my vehicle so I could get to work on time. BJ took me to the waiting area and arranged for my shuttle rid Before work, I met with BJ in Honda. I left my vehicle so I could get to work on time. BJ took me to the waiting area and arranged for my shuttle ride. There was no wait time! I got right into a shuttle and the driver took me to work. What a nice man. Within two hours I received a call from BJ that my vehicle was ready. I couldn’t be happier with the service. More

Great customer service Motorworld makes everything so easy. Pull in service bays are great on rainy days. BJ always answers all of my questions thoroughly and keeps me informed while work is being done. That's so appreciated!! It's a 40 minute drive for me but we'll worth it. Great service to this out of town Honda Pilot owner! Brian, the Honda Service Advisor, helped us out on a Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. with a repair needed on our Honda Pilot. He got us in at 7 a.m. on Sa Brian, the Honda Service Advisor, helped us out on a Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. with a repair needed on our Honda Pilot. He got us in at 7 a.m. on Saturday morning to complete the repair. We were back on the road to Boston for my nephew's graduation on schedule. Thanks, Brian, for saving the day! More
