I called service in the morning and that afternoon I had brakes put on my Odyssey. BJ was fast and knowledgeable in giving me a scenario and an estimate. I have always had easy, professional service from the Honda service department. This experience was no different. Coming out to a clean car was icing on the cake. More

Everything was great, the employees were nice and the work was done faster than expected. The place even had a lounge and snack and drink machines for all of the customers so that their wait for the ve work was done faster than expected. The t.v. adds a touch and makes the wait feel shorter. More

I used to do my own oil changes and maintenance for my vehicles, but when I bought my honda I did not have the time to do this anymore. I decided to start taking my vehicle to motor world for routine mai vehicles, but when I bought my honda I did not have the time to do this anymore. I decided to start taking my vehicle to motor world for routine maintenance and have had great customer service ever since. BJ is usually the person who I drop my vehicle off with and she is always very helpful and knowledgeable. The last time I dropped my Honda off for maintenance, I accidently arrived 45 minutes early for my 4:15 appointment. I naturally expected to have to wait for my time, but BJ and the service department had my vehicle ready at 4:20; only 5 minutes after my original appointment time. For their great customer service I plan to continue using motor world for all my vehicle needs. More

Service advisor was friendly and informative. She notified me by phone when the car was ready to be picked up. If I had one complaint, at one time when you took your car in for service they would ru notified me by phone when the car was ready to be picked up. If I had one complaint, at one time when you took your car in for service they would run it through the car wash, but that isn't done anymore. It would be a nice finishing touch to there service. More

Due to a problem with pre-ordering parts for a repair (caused by a scheduling mistake) I was given a rental car to use for the one day my vehicle was off the road. It was very simple to make my appointment online. The staff at the dealership is very courteous and made me very welcome. They performed the service in a very timely and professional manner. My service representative and Motorworld always take excellent care of me. They get me in early and out quickly. The mechanical work is impeccable and they go beyond the expected by always checking tir excellent care of me. They get me in early and out quickly. When necessary I can get shuttle service to work or shopping or even a rental car right on site. A Five Star operation. More

They were prompt in calling about issues with my car early enough so it could be taken care of. Also, the service did not take all day, which worked with my personal schedule perfectly!
