Yall suck, yall suck, yall suck, I wrote it that many times because of the minimum. Don't bother making an appointment. The time you set won't be honored. They seem to book as many cars as they can possibly fit in. I had an appointment at 1030 and left there around 1300 just for them to rotate my tires and do the 30,000 mile inspection. Oh and run my car through a car wash that basically smeared all the dirt around. Best I can tell it's first come, first serve and the appointment process is a joke. If you need an air filter or cabin air filter be prepared to pay double the price compared to buying one at oriellys and they charge you $15 to install it. Even though they pull the old one to check it. If you put your old one back on, there's no charge to reinstall it. But buy a new one and replace your old one, $15. More
