Waited 30 minutes past my appt time to get checked in because “Becky” was the only person that could help. At least that’s what I was told. Car was having an issue and I was told I would have to schedule because “Becky” was the only person that could help. At least that’s what I was told. Car was having an issue and I was told I would have to schedule an appt for a technician to investigate as it couldn’t be done for a routine service appt. The soonest available appt was a little over a week out. My car is never cleaned/wash. Maybe this is not a part of service appt. Dirty Paper mat was left on driver side.
