Customer service did not exist. No calls with any type of update. When I did call, the service was not available and didn't return any calls. I happen to call after a week and a hal No calls with any type of update. When I did call, the service was not available and didn't return any calls. I happen to call after a week and a half to find out my vehicle was ready but my service representative left early and did not notify me it was ready or even may be ready. I guess if I wouldn't have call, I would have had to wait another day. Also work was performed that I was not aware of. They did quote the correct price but did not provide details of all the work that would be performed. I will never do business with this dealership again for service or even to make any purchases. I would rather go to a dealership further away and may cost more to get the customer service I deserve. More

It’s not a good place to bring your car to be fixed they are a rip off they will pay $4300 and still did not do the job on my GMC Acadia. I bought a 2017 Chevy Equinox about a year and a half ago but never received the license plates. Despite temporary plates, I had to return the vehicle because the dealership didn't obtain the titles. The dealership replaced it with a 2021 model, but I've encountered numerous issues with it. Legacy Buick Harvey acquired the car from a sister dealership and sold it to me. Recently, I brought the 2021 Equinox in for repairs on 2/14 but got it back on 2/23 without the issues being fixed. To my surprise, the car broke down again on 2/26. When I asked for a loaner car due to lack of transportation, initially, I was refused until I spoke with Patrick, the maintenance manager. I finally got a promise for a loaner. However, when I went to pick it up on 2/27, I was unexpectedly asked for my credit card and insurance info, which wasn't communicated earlier. Frustrated, I didn't have the necessary information and felt misled. The communication with the staff has been extremely poor, with many responses of "I don't know" and "there's nothing I can do for you." I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the lack of care and empathy shown, especially given the significant amount I paid for repairs that were not properly completed. More

I've used them 6 times. 4 out of 6 times, I've been disappointed or left with additional problems. Service messed up my camera after attempting to fix my teansmission slip, 4 out of 6 times, I've been disappointed or left with additional problems. Service messed up my camera after attempting to fix my teansmission slip, broke my tire pressure gage during a tire rotation, then after the complimentary fixed my gage I got my vehicle back with the check engine light on. Finally I had a 7am appointment and told them I was going to pick my vehicle up at closing... and they didn't complete my oil change within the 10 hours they had my car. Customer service is okay but their techs need training. More
