The saga continues, so I write a very poor review and low n behold Bernie, representing himself as the manager calls me asking what he can do for me to remove my negative posting!!! Isn't that called manipul n behold Bernie, representing himself as the manager calls me asking what he can do for me to remove my negative posting!!! Isn't that called manipulation or misrepresentation of a companys review or value when a manager asks you to remove a true and honest review ? This business is a bunch of crooks trying to falsely make themselves look good online. I wonder how many others the manager has called and asked them to remove their negative review? Here is my text conversation with him! Bernie- Can I get you to take that review down since we didn't do anything wrong pls. I'll be glad to help you find a van. Me- Anything wrong? Are you kidding me? No one called me back for 5+ weeks after leaving messages. No one could reply with a legit answer about how the warranty was calculated. And if you forget. Day one, I left the dealership with no paper tag and I drove to Kansas City, the salesman told me I had to come back and get it. Everything has been a nightmare. And the way you want to resolve anything now is have me buy another vehicle? Note- let's not forgot the salesman fell asleep during the test drive! So BUYER BEWARE!! You need to avoid Patriot Chevrolet at all costs! Wanna bet my phone is going to start ringing again?!?!?! More

Usually would pass up on giving reviews, but Bernie at Patriot was one of the most genuine sales managers I have come across. He could have easily ignored my concerns, but he went the extra mile to ensure Patriot was one of the most genuine sales managers I have come across. He could have easily ignored my concerns, but he went the extra mile to ensure that the deal was closed and that all parties were satisfied with the outcome. Communication is key, and even on the busiest of days, he found time to follow up. Every promise he personally made, he kept.... and these days, that's rare. Would definitely recommend him to any one near that location. I drove from Dallas if that tells you anything! More

Being a career car salesman, I am never easy to deal with when working with a dealership other than my place of employment. They went above and beyond to accommodate my request. They gave me top dollar for when working with a dealership other than my place of employment. They went above and beyond to accommodate my request. They gave me top dollar for my trade, and delivered the vehicle to my home an hour away that evening. The sales manager Bernie was genuinely invested in making sure that our experience was exceptional. 10/10 recommend! More
