I wouldn't recommend this dealership to a dead person. The purchasing process was regular nothing special. I purchased a vehicle back in march of 2024, sadly it was totaled out a few months later but I purchased gap insurance and warranties through them. Great right? NOOOOOOO!!! These people have taken well over a month to help me get what paperwork I needed to get the lender paid on from the gap portion and STILL after calling, emailing, and making 2 trips out of my way to just get some answers I don't have the warranty portion paid costing me hundreds of dollars on still having to pay my previous car note along with getting threatened that my new car loan may be revoked for not having full payment on the last one. If I could give them a negative star rating I would! More
