It was a relatively easy experience. When I spoke to someone to arrange a test drive, they told me I would love driving the Kia Soul. My sales person, Moe Saad, said the same thing. I took a rode trip a few days later. My old car was a 2013 Camaro with the only bell & whistle being remote car start. My new car is a 2021 Kia Soul Turbo with all the bells and whistles. It was soooo easy to drive. Moe went above and beyond. One of the sales people had taken the car I wanted home and it was not supposed to be back until the next day. I was bummed but not the end of the world. Moe retrieved the car while I was getting the financing done. It was then cleaned up. The car was available for me to take home about a half hour later. It was greatly appreciated. More

If you value honesty, integrity, and your credit score stay away. BJ is not someone you want to be handling your transaction. BJ does not follow through on what he says. He will run your credit when you're already approved via your own lender, and will be very difficult to work with if you need to cancel an extended warranty when you get rid of a car. Our salesman was amazing in getting a new car sorted out, however BJ is extremely disrespectful, rude, and lies until both parties are present. We have purchased 5 cars over the years from this dealership. After how my mother was treated I will not be returning for the 6th purchase. As a side note, this review is directly for BJ. Our salesman and other we worked with are generally outstanding. When it comes down to it though, BJ is the person who is handling the credit information, and BJ can be the most impactful in the damage he can do to your credit and monetary future. More
