Initial experience was great - they were very thoughtful and accommodating and did everything possible to get to my desired monthly payments. I stressed how I am on a strict budget and they seemed to unders and accommodating and did everything possible to get to my desired monthly payments. I stressed how I am on a strict budget and they seemed to understand. Where everything went south is how they adjusted the amount due at signing. They weren’t very forthcoming and disingenuously included an acquisition fee twice on different line items. They then lowered dmv fees to get to the agreed amount during our initial encounter and add in an OPTIONAL dealer fee of $175 whereas my previous lease agreement I was charged $75. I receive a call today stating I have a DMV balance because they did not collect enough for DMV fees. I’ve never had this issue as dealerships are fully aware of dmv fees and usually overestimate to be on the safe side. But in my case they decreased the fee knowing I’d receive a bill when they should have lowered their inflated optional dealer fee. As an Accounting Manager who works directly in the finance department I am truly disappointed and displeased at how they can easily take advantage of a family on a strict budget. So yes BM is a great salesperson! He will send you multiple follow up texts to leave him a great review! He will let you know about any fees that are owed and be proactive in trying to collect the fee but don’t expect him to help resolve the issue as his response will be “I understand your situation but regarding the re-registration thing I have nothing to do with it. Take care” More
