I bought an Infinity Q50 from Legend Nissan in September of this year, 2023; and BM was my long distance sales rep. I literally saw my car on the internet. Subsequently all my interactions were transmitted over the phone or online via text messaging and YouTube, or over the phone. He was very helpful and very informative. He answered all my questions and put my concerns to rest. I was very impressed with the information he gave me and the videos he made. He knew the product very well. The Infinity Q50 is an exceptional car. Buying it long distance without physically being at the dealership until I had to sign on the dotted line was made easy at every step. BM made me feel confident with doing business with Legend Nissan and I felt comfortable trusting that he was helping me make the right decision to buy my car from them. I am very satisfied.
