Very poor, unprofessional and unknowledgeable technician. Every time I go for my service issue they are not able to get the duplicate. One technician said got the duplicate one said nothing. Like it’s a joke Every time I go for my service issue they are not able to get the duplicate. One technician said got the duplicate one said nothing. Like it’s a joke .Last time due to their lack of knowledge they were not able to get the duplicate even I told the issue to them then I showed them in my experience then they got it. So disappointed about their technician but no complain about service advisor. No more Toyota of Tampa bay. I will never recommend my friends and family. More

We were lied to about a warranty package that was purchased. Told rims were covered if scratched. When we attempted to get them fixed we were told no, had to be manufacturer rims. They were the same purchased. Told rims were covered if scratched. When we attempted to get them fixed we were told no, had to be manufacturer rims. They were the same rims from when we purchased the car. Difficult to get anyone to give us a straight answer. Multiple calls/texts. Multiple promises with no results. Dissatisfied to say the lease. Would not ever purchase a car with them again. Deceptive practices during finance as well. Told me I had to get a certain warranty/it was Florida law. I called them out on that but warranty was still added. More

I don't know if anyone ever actually reads these. NO. I am not satisfied. I did not have a "truly exceptional" experience. I am livid. Toyota of Tampa Bay has completely failed - for the FOURTH NO. I am not satisfied. I did not have a "truly exceptional" experience. I am livid. Toyota of Tampa Bay has completely failed - for the FOURTH TIME - to address the issue I came in to have resolved.
