Although we didn't end up buying a car here, Overall we had a great experience. John, our salesman was really nice and transparent and the sales manager was the same when he spoke with us. The reason for 4 had a great experience. John, our salesman was really nice and transparent and the sales manager was the same when he spoke with us. The reason for 4 stars is they were totally unfamiliar with the used ev tax credit and how that worked although that seems to be pretty common with dealerships and I'm not sure it's their fault but that did make me a little hesitant when purchasing for that reason. More
