Fantastic experience all around. Baha was great to work with, I would recommend anyone to talk with him if they are looking for a new or used car. Professional, Awesome, and Personable Staff !! From the First contact with Ewald Ford, the staff was quick to respond, upfront in information supplied and Baha went out of his way numerous times th From the First contact with Ewald Ford, the staff was quick to respond, upfront in information supplied and Baha went out of his way numerous times throughout the buying experience-even on his day off!. Coming from Cleveland, Ohio 7 hours away, Baha put any concerns at ease with his communication and info. Once we arrived to look at the 2014 Mustang they had, we were greeted by staff right at the front walkway and met with Baha who went over all the specifics with us and any other staff interaction while there was courteous and pleasant. The Mustang was even more than I could have hoped in overall condition and Team Ewald went beyond to ensure once we purchased(actually before we arrived) that all aspects of the car were road trip worthy for the long trek back home. Thanks again for your care, courtesy, and Professionalism! Truly a Class Act Dealership-Baha,Nick in Finance, Service Team, and speaking with Owner Eric Ewald on a personal level was just a Great Experience for my son and I. More
