Coming from Cleveland, Ohio 7 hours away, Baha put any concerns at ease with his communication and info. Once we arrived to look at the 2014 Mustang they had, we were greeted by staff right at the front walkway and met with Baha who went over all the specifics with us and any other staff interaction while there was courteous and pleasant. The Mustang was even more than I could have hoped in overall condition and Team Ewald went beyond to ensure once we purchased(actually before we arrived) that all aspects of the car were road trip worthy for the long trek back home.
