Came in not knowing who to talk to about purchasing my 2017 Ford F150 truck that I was formerly leasing. We were waiting for a designated staff member to help us but Senior Sales Consultant, Baha Awadalla 2017 Ford F150 truck that I was formerly leasing. We were waiting for a designated staff member to help us but Senior Sales Consultant, Baha Awadallah kindly offered to assist us. I was nervous about the process but he created a confident and relaxed setting for me to talk about my financing options and complete the necessary paperwork. It was extremely easy and comfortable, especially during the downtime which can be long and quite honestly awkward. He made good conversation. If the process was always like that I wouldn't hesitate in the future to do business with Ewald Venus Ford, specifically with Baha as my consultant again. He was very in tune to what we wanted out of the buying experience and reassured us in the process. More

I had the best experience at Ewald Venus Ford! My salesman was Baha and I drove him crazy for a week straight and yet he remained pleasant and helpful the whole time.
