We had a great experience with the finance manager at Oakes Kia. He was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. He took the time to clearly explain the extra warranty options and answ Oakes Kia. He was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. He took the time to clearly explain the extra warranty options and answered all of our questions with patience. After a lot of discussion, he was even able to offer us a more affordable warranty option that worked better for our budget. On top of that, he was very personable and we had some genuinely good chats during the process. We left his office feeling well-informed, satisfied, and confident about our purchase.
