I've never had any issues with this dealership in the past, but on my last service has raised questions whether the service tech actually performed all of the checks listed on the paperwork. In particula past, but on my last service has raised questions whether the service tech actually performed all of the checks listed on the paperwork. In particular to rear brake pad thickness and battery condition. Tech indicated that pad thickness was 1mm,needing emergency replacement, but in fact they were at near new thickness on my visual inspection. Also on battery condition was stated in good condition, but how is it a couple weeks later my car leaves me stranded in a parking lot in need of a new replacement. Which leaves me to question whether all checks are accurately been done or just reporting something to drum up unnecessary service work for the dealership. I will be closely be monitoring at the next service to see if this was a one off thing or is this what I can expect from walser mazda burnsville. More

When I was told my vehicle was ready the Service Representative explained tech did know why rear hatch wasn’t opening. He said he had looked up issue and said it could be reset by holding button dow Representative explained tech did know why rear hatch wasn’t opening. He said he had looked up issue and said it could be reset by holding button down with hatch open. I don’t think Rep knew how to open door manually so I opened it. Reset did not work. I suggested reviewing fuses which we did with my direction. No success. I suggested maybe disconnecting battery to reset and we were about to when another tech was walking by and Rep asked him about problem and he suggested resetting again which we tried with no success. He suggested removing battery cables and holding positive and negative together then replacing. Success!! My concerns are what happened with tech who did original work; they did not make much of an effort to fix problem and left Service Rep hanging; who knew very little but at least tried to resolve issue (although with my prodding.) More

Friendly staff, clean and inviting interior, easy to book online for appointments. The service department was efficient and offered a video review of my car before starting any repairs. They were great to work with when purchasing my car and I felt like I didn’t get the runaround received an honest price for both my trade in and new car. More
