I was prepared to be unimpressed, but I was so very mistaken. Past experiences with large dealerships were not stellar: very impersonal, rushed along to get to the next sale, etc. The good folks at Bra mistaken. When I went there pick up my vehicle it was the Saturday before Christmas and they were super busy. Under those circumstances you might not even be noticed or might get lost in the shuffle of people everywhere. Not here. I was greeted and treated with warmth and a consistent concern for my comfort and convenience. Follow up after the sale was equally impressive. I have nothing but good things to say about my new Subaru and the people who sold it to me. Highly recommend. More
