Based on my experience, Bandon Tomes Subaru is a small, high-volume dealership that can quickly meet or exceed customer demands. The sales and finance staff I dealt with were genuinely cordial and very responsive. Going into my purchase negotiations, I had a specific configuration and price point I wanted to achieve. The dealership went above and beyond to meet my demands and exceed my expectations. Bailey Reid and Patrick Varrassi ensured I ended my purchase with an exceptionally positive buying experience. I really appreciated Bailey's up-front candor during negotiations and Patrick's no pressure approach and use of electronic media for expediting the financial portion of the sale. It was far superior to the purchase experiences I have had in the past with Honda, Lexus and Mercedes. Bottom line, the staff at Brandon Tomes quickly facilitated a better deal with less hassle than other dealerships, including Subaru dealers, in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. In the future if I am in the market for another Subaru I will very likely be a repeat customer. More
