I had a great sales guy named Bailey. He was personable, patient & helpful. The process was fairly simple with a little negotiation. The communication between finance and sales was a little rocky and I felt slightly uncomfortable when the amount of down payment and monthly payment changed when I went to sign. I was very tired and almost didn’t say anything as I was in a hurry to get to work. But I’m glad I did. A quick phone call downstairs and Ana got it sorted out and fixed. Overall, I am extremely happy with the Subaru and look forward to doing business here again in the future! More
