They have went above and beyond for us when we first initially purchased our brand new jeep and usually all that bending over backwards and courtesy ends after you buy. Not true with them! They have kept in touch with us and anytime I have needed anything at all they are right there making sure that we receive the help we need and promptly! Doing it all with amazing attitudes! Right after I got my jeep I was in the parking lot of the old warehouse market and a woman hit my jeep with her car door. I called Bailey the young amazing man that sold me and my husband the jeep to ask him how much they charge to fix a chip on my door. He, without hesitation walked over to where I was and examined the damage (keep in mind it was seriously cold outside but he walked over anyway) he called the guy who handles fixing those things and had me to bring my jeep over. They fixed it for free and it only took them the day and gave me another vehicle to drive until it was finished! So when i say they have gone above and beyond for us I really mean it! I recently took my jeep in to check on the heater for it wasn't getting as hot as it should they literally only took about 35-40 min to fix and then on my way out another young man working in the shop aired up all my tires for me. They are really kind people. Helping however they can. Thank you to all you amazing people who me and my husband has had the pleasure of getting to know. Keep up the great work and helpful hearts! More

I was not aware my truck had a cabin air filter. I was updated through the entire process which, surprisingly only tome a small amount of time, was less than expected. I truly appreciate how well I've been treated at Melton's as this 2017 RAM is the 4th vehicle I've bought at Melton's and dealing with Greg and Baily and the service personnel has been such a blessing!
