SATISFACTION I came in to check on a good time to bring my truck in for it's first oil change! I was surprised to hear "NOW" is a great time. So, I did it. I was not aware my truck had a cabin air filter. I was updated through the entire process which, surprisingly only tome a small amount of time, was less than expected. I truly appreciate how well I've been treated at Melton's as this 2017 RAM is the 4th vehicle I've bought at Melton's and dealing with Greg and Baily and the service personnel has been such a blessing! I always receive good information on my vehicle while it's being worked on. Extremely courteous and helpful personnel. Thanks More

Initial experience was good, poor service after sale. Initial buying experience was great. Truck need some work covered by warranty. Picked truck up said needed to order parts. Didn’t hear anything for over a week. Left message and no return call. Finally spoke with lady (forgot name). She was very friendly and finally gave me some answers. Really disappointed in communication after sale. Felt like once they sold me a used truck that’s it as far as customer service. More
