I brought in my 14 Tiguan after purchasing it in June of this year. The initial diagnosis was a clogged heater coil. So I wanted to trade my VW Tiguan for a new one or Atlas..First time i went there to ask someone to appraise my car there were two guys,one in charge for internet sales(which I can not find a picture Atlas..First time i went there to ask someone to appraise my car there were two guys,one in charge for internet sales(which I can not find a picture down to rate 1) and the other guy I think Mike..They told me they will email me the appraisal..I never got anything..Second time yesterday I went again this time Karla and the same internet sale guy-same situation again no one calls or anything so called them to see what is happening they say they are busy And I understand that..They appraised my car for 3000 dollars so I went today to other places to check and my car got appraised for 6500 dollars twice..my point is that these people will not provide you any service if they don't see big commission for them..they will ignore you and if you reach them they will give you this kind of offer just to make as much as they can..I am deff not recommending that dealership if you want to buy a car and have a good customer experience.On the other side their service team : Barbara,Mike B.,Mike E. ,Kyle are amazing.I have been doing everything for my car over there and service team treats you like a family! More
