Thank you for your feedback from your recent service visit to Lawton CJD, Randy. Based on our research, we only tried to submit one claim back in March and the mileage was less than the reported mileage when you purchased your contract. This was based off of the discussion between your Service Advisor and the Endurance rep. If I were in your position, I would feel frustrated with Endurance. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue from our side, they attributed it to your mistake. I recommend cancelling your contract with Endurance and considering one of the contracts we provide instead. If you have any inquiries, don't hesitate to contact me at 580-771-3339.
