Darius absolutely crushed it on the floor—man, this guy can multitask like crazy, knows the vehicles inside and out, and provided an entirely zero-pressure environment. When it came to the finance paperwork and warranty options, Justin made what is usually the most stressful part of the process a total breeze; he was incredibly straightforward, real, and honest, connecting with me like a normal human being rather than giving a robotic pitch. Even Eric (I think), whom I didn't work with directly, went out of his way to be friendly and welcoming whenever we crossed paths.
