Honestly Koons Annapolis may have sold me a lemon car , at first when we went to the dealership we decided on a Mazda simple had good mileage the man who was making the deal Mauricio he had told the financ at first when we went to the dealership we decided on a Mazda simple had good mileage the man who was making the deal Mauricio he had told the financial director we insisted on the Subaru one that had too much mileage when we never did!! If you are a salesperson or are trying make a deal you appeal to the customer not put words in their mouths this is absolutely outrageous what he did and it wasn't right !! Though we didn't find out until he gave us the car after we signed all the papers because the lady who was finalizing the papers didn't say the interest rate or what we signed up for all she said was sign sign sign , didn't give us a chance to read what we were getting into. Now we decided to give the car a chance see if we liked 2 months we had in those 2 months we didn't drive the car for a month(we have proof through our home cameras and neighbors) the first week of the 2 month we decide to drive the car the transmission went out so if we were driving this car lets say the first week of getting it would the transmission have busted out sooner?! Not only that we were the Subaru had no accidents and when we take it to Car max all of a sudden it had an accident!! I know that it is unenviably for a used car not to have an accident but to not report to the buyer that is not right. Not to mention if we are calmly trying to speak out our concerns on the first go and you come off more defensive then you should you are guilty and you know it because I have recorded conversations on how maurice and Suheil have spoken to me to in a very defensive and aggressive tone that i do not appreciate the customer service shown after the transmission went out terrible how are you going to leave me more in debt with another car above my own price range and add the price of the previous car. Also the car was in the dealership for a Month a month and practically 2 weeks the amount of money wasted on UBER because of this!! Honestly if you are going to buy a car from maurice be careful who knows maybe he will sell you a lemon car like he did to us , and try to play victim right after. Let me say one more thing we got the transmission fixed but that car is not the same the man who worked in Services who attended to us and gave the car back told us Koons Annapolis Toyota did NOT do the inspection on the car correctly and thoroughly because if they did they would have NOT sold me that car. More

I purchased a KIA Sorento that had electrical problems within the first 5 days and then catastrophic engine failure on day 25 of owning it. Car spent two weeks in the shop for a new transmission after a part failed that the dealership stated was unavoidable and undetectable. Unfortunately, this dealership still has a face mask mandate. I was asked to leave and wait outside. I found out that Brown’s Toyota of Glen Burnie does not require face mask.
