All were welcoming and helpful in answering my questions about the vehicle itself and about the purchasing process. They kept me up-to-date about the manufacture, shipping, and arrival of the car. After it arrived at the dealership, Scott spent quite a bit of time walking me through the features and their operation. He also set up various connections involving my phone and service notifications. He was patient, professional, and quite knowledgeable about the car model, the dealership, and the automobile industry. My husband and I enjoyed talking to him and appreciate how easy he made the entire process for us. We would definitely seek out Scott again to purchase a vehicle from Royal Moore Toyota. More
