They let you view their inventory freely with out any hassling. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful when needed. Their prices are haggle free so what you see is what you get. I personal don't care for the back and forth haggling so this was a win for me. Once I decided on a car the financing and purchasing of the car was quick and easy. I was driving away in my new ride within 45 minutes of arriving to 405 Motors. More

My husband and I were ready to buy a minivan, and found that 405 motors had both an excellent variety of Honda Odysseys to pick from, as well as an incredibly helpful and non-pushy sales team. The first car I bought from 405motors was a Lexus GX470. I am a very careful shopper and spent months finding the best deal after extensively researching vehicles. Compared to other dealers in Washington and Oregon, they simply offered lower prices for cars with less mileage and better history. Their honesty and integrity really set them apart from the other dealers that I visited. I preferred dealing with the staff at 405motors so much that when I was looking for a car that they did not have (Porsche Cayenne) I asked them to find one for me. I quickly got exactly the car and options I wanted, and it was obvious that they were looking out for my interests in the selection process. Just look at the inventory they purchase - it's clear they are shopping to provide good reliable value for their customers. It may be a result of having a family owned and run business (rather than hired salesmen fighting for commissions), but I wish there were more businesses run like 405motors where you feel good about the deal after you leave. I will continue to do business with them again in the future. BTW I have no affiliation with 405motors, other than being a satisfied customer. More
