Dismissive, Rude, Horrible service Terrible experience from start to finish where we ended up having to switch dealerships midway through the sale!!! Left Norwood Range Rover to go to W Terrible experience from start to finish where we ended up having to switch dealerships midway through the sale!!! Left Norwood Range Rover to go to Warwick Rhode Island location after rude treatment and waiting THREE WEEKS FOR DELIVERY AFTER SIGNING!!! Norwood Range Rover dealership kept vehicle that long stating it was having chipped paint, gouged headlight, and rim's fixed as well as being detailed before delivery which was promised by Norwood sales associate Barry Baptiste. Upon pick up at the Warwick Range Rover location, NONE OF THE ISSUES WERE FIXED! And the car no only hadn't been detailed, but it was much dirtier than when test driven. Dirt smears all over the interior and even what looked like boot prints on the rear interior door panels! The Warwick sales associate was shocked and proceeded to take 30 plus pictures of all issues that were supposed to have already been addressed as well as the state of the interior. The Warwick location manager had to get involved and contact Norwood. I'M STILL AWAITING RESOLUTION!!! More

Accidentally bought a car I had brought my wife’s car in to get new car batteries, a process that Jaguar makes uniquely difficult but your service department handles smoothly I had brought my wife’s car in to get new car batteries, a process that Jaguar makes uniquely difficult but your service department handles smoothly and efficiently, as they do all tasks to date. While waiting on the service to be completed I walked the lot and was on my way in to the lounge area when I passed a car on display on the floor that caught my eye. My own Jaguar was on a lease with a short bit of time left till completion. I spotted what appeared to be a more experienced sales person, Barry, and offhandedly commented “it’s too bad my lease isn’t up yet“. He suggested we could look into it, without any pressure, and I thanked him and went and sat down to consider it. After verifying my own credit and available cash I approached Barry with a check in hand and said “let’s talk“. A short time later and without much fuss I had test driven the car and we had come to an agreement to purchase a 2020 F type. There was a process with the insurance company and registration which took a ridiculously long period of time but other than that the experience overall was good, the people were professional, and I drove away satisfied with my purchase. More

Worked with me on fixing my previous lease. We took back our 2019 Range Rover Evoqe after spending more time in the shop with problems. Barry Baptiste and Mike Fleming work with me on switching We took back our 2019 Range Rover Evoqe after spending more time in the shop with problems. I have purchased 4 Range Rover sports here and the quality of service is unmatched, prices are spot on, the selection is awesome, and I highly recommend this dealership. It’s hassle free and the sales process is a breeze thanks to Marco who got me in and out and offered me options to protect my vehicle. Dan the manager is genuinely helpful, fair, and courteous. Barry is incredibly knowledgeable, dependable and goes above and beyond. Even though Sonny wasn’t my salesperson he helped me too. It’s a place where everyone pitches in to help the customer and that says a lot. 5 stars isn’t enough. This place deserves a sky full of stars! Thank you Landrover Norwood for being the best. More
