Fair price on car and trade and everything was “as advertised”. Started on their website with chat and then email to understand trade out-of-state purchase process and general questions on some vehicles I liked. Thomas Coughlin-Jaroug was very helpful with internet sales side and Barry Baptiste was great salesman and helpful! I test drove the car Saturday AM and they delivered it to me at the DMV in CT working 5 business days after I provided the remaining paperwork process Via UPS after my visit. All in all a “hastle-free”process. More

Brief, efficient and goal accomplished. My wife and I test drove a Land Rover Discovery Sport closer to Braintree at another dealership a week ago. The sales rep was not educated on the land My wife and I test drove a Land Rover Discovery Sport closer to Braintree at another dealership a week ago. The sales rep was not educated on the land rover specials; nor did he seem interested in leasing us a car or working with us during our test drive. In fact, he never called us back. That nite, I checked my numbers and found inventory on the Land Rover Norwood website and emailed them. At 8am the next morning I heard from James Anderson from the internet sales team who provided me with accurate information and answered my specific questions regarding a lease. I drove out to Norwood at lunch, and within a half hour of test driving the vehicle, had struck a deal with the sales rep, Barry Baptiste. Barry found the car I wanted in his Rhode Island dealership; we agreed on the lease price and by 2pm the next day we took delivery. To have this kind of deal go so smooth, stress-free and efficient was a breath of fresh air. Incredibly positive experience. More

Dismissive, Rude, Horrible service Terrible experience from start to finish where we ended up having to switch dealerships midway through the sale!!! Left Norwood Range Rover to go to Warwick Rhode Island location after rude treatment and waiting THREE WEEKS FOR DELIVERY AFTER SIGNING!!! Norwood Range Rover dealership kept vehicle that long stating it was having chipped paint, gouged headlight, and rim's fixed as well as being detailed before delivery which was promised by Norwood sales associate Barry Baptiste. Upon pick up at the Warwick Range Rover location, NONE OF THE ISSUES WERE FIXED! And the car no only hadn't been detailed, but it was much dirtier than when test driven. Dirt smears all over the interior and even what looked like boot prints on the rear interior door panels! The Warwick sales associate was shocked and proceeded to take 30 plus pictures of all issues that were supposed to have already been addressed as well as the state of the interior. The Warwick location manager had to get involved and contact Norwood. I'M STILL AWAITING RESOLUTION!!! More

Accidentally bought a car I had brought my wife’s car in to get new car batteries, a process that Jaguar makes uniquely difficult but your service department handles smoothly I had brought my wife’s car in to get new car batteries, a process that Jaguar makes uniquely difficult but your service department handles smoothly and efficiently, as they do all tasks to date. While waiting on the service to be completed I walked the lot and was on my way in to the lounge area when I passed a car on display on the floor that caught my eye. My own Jaguar was on a lease with a short bit of time left till completion. I spotted what appeared to be a more experienced sales person, Barry, and offhandedly commented “it’s too bad my lease isn’t up yet“. He suggested we could look into it, without any pressure, and I thanked him and went and sat down to consider it. After verifying my own credit and available cash I approached Barry with a check in hand and said “let’s talk“. A short time later and without much fuss I had test driven the car and we had come to an agreement to purchase a 2020 F type. There was a process with the insurance company and registration which took a ridiculously long period of time but other than that the experience overall was good, the people were professional, and I drove away satisfied with my purchase. More
