I had the perfect experience at Landers. They repaired my 2017 Diesel Colorado. Before this, I had taken it to David Stanley Chevy dealership in Moore where it was misdiagnosed, I was charge They repaired my 2017 Diesel Colorado. Before this, I had taken it to David Stanley Chevy dealership in Moore where it was misdiagnosed, I was charged the wrong amount, and the issue persisted after they said it was complete. The total cost at the other dealership was $1200 for a new DPF and a regen. They wanted to charge me another $3000 for a new catalytic converter once I brought it back with the same issue while the service manager offered me a discount. I went to Landers hoping they would show just a little more competency. They identified the issue as a $600 air pipe with a tear in it. They had my truck back to me, fully repaired, in less than half the time as David Stanley, and they drove it home to me free of charge. Landers has made a customer for life out of me. My service rep at Landers actually went out for dental surgery for a few days while my truck was there and he would text me an update daily. Landers went well above my expectations whereas David Stanley made an error at every stage without apology. I will never do business with David Stanely again. More

Do not purchase a car here. They will sell you these amazing "loyalty programs" like Tires or Engines for life. The "loyalty" is an ironic and hypocritical phrase to this Brand dealership. 1. They refused to change the tires to new ones when it was time 2. They then allow the time to expire on the program 3. “Sorry someone else absorbed this contract” they will give you contradictory answers. “As long as you had it serviced here,” and then “oh we don’t honor that here” What a joke. Go somewhere, anywhere else. Shady, dishonest, lies. More
