Advisor Patricia Cowan was rude and unhelpful. Something happened to my signal lights and I’m blamed for it while it was in their shop being worked on. Service Manager was no help when I called to complain and find out what happened to my car and insists I pay for something that stopped working while it was in their shop that worked just fine when I dropped my car off with them. Definitely will never be going back to use the service department. The lack of customer service is pathetic but they don’t mind charging you for stuff you didn’t ask for.
