just now NEW Today - just came back from this dealer , a sales person name Barry is very rude , uncooperative and racist , his first a approach was without greeting and very angry , he didn’t like to answ a sales person name Barry is very rude , uncooperative and racist , his first a approach was without greeting and very angry , he didn’t like to answer any questions overall very unpleasant situation . I purchased a new 2023 Elantra Limited from Advantage Hyundai in March 2023 and had a great experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Brad Jacobs. I told him I was looking at the Elantra Limi Hyundai in March 2023 and had a great experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Brad Jacobs. I told him I was looking at the Elantra Limited and we went for a test drive in under 10 minutes. Back at his desk we discussed price for maybe 15 minutes and I ended up agreeing to buy the car pretty soon after that. I wanted to pick the car up the next day at 1pm. My wife dropped me off at the dealership a little after 1:00 and I was all done by around 2:30. The finance manager wasn't pushy at all but did inform me of all the extended warranties etc. Everything was explained clearly and it went smoothly and quickly. Once that was all done Brad showed me all the features of the car and we were done. Overall it was an extremely smooth process. More
