I was fortunate enough to have the same salesperson who served me nearly twelve years ago. In both cases, he looked after my needs in fine fashion. I recall an instance in which a recall was used as a pretense to make expensive repairs that I did not intend. When my last Sonata was purchased, I didn't feel that I had the same amount of interest in me as when I purchased the car. There have been occasions of rudeness in the service department in the past. On occasions, I have been offered unsolicited trade-ins. I am continuing with Hyundai because I have been pleased with the cars. It is with the expectation that my concerns will be addressed. Therefore, I would recommend the dealership with reservations. More

He listened to us, explained what was available to fit our needs, and told us to come back to him when we were ready to take a new sat down with him. Every other visit is a problem. Service Advisor Patrick is the only reason I go there. This time I needed a battery replacement for my Genesis g80 Sport. When I picked up the car I Service Advisor Patrick is the only reason I go there. This time I needed a battery replacement for my Genesis g80 Sport. When I picked up the car I checked and the battery vent hose was not hooked up to the battery. Checked with Genesis ino and not hooking up the vent hose is a safety hazard as the battery is in the trunk. Patrick connected the vent hose - NOT the mechanic! I have had a slew of problems over the years with the mechanics not doing the job right ( I won't go into all the details ) but Patrick always resolved these problems. He is the only reason I keep dealing with them! More
