I was nervous because I hadn’t purchased a new car since 2009 and I was also going to a different manufacturer. Everyone I dealt with were so helpful and I immediately relaxed. I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful Ramona was. She was patient, kind, helpful and I didn’t feel pressured or manipulated. I am not a hugger, but I hugged her twice.
