I made appointment for very specific service work, not asking for diagnostic procedure. The service manager wanted to do the diagnostic step, but not necessary for what I expected to be done. They did w asking for diagnostic procedure. The service manager wanted to do the diagnostic step, but not necessary for what I expected to be done. They did what I asked, offered some useful advice on status of my auto, and we were done. I am disappointed a very basic malfunction of one component was not noticed or mentioned in the course of doing the work. I would have appreciated learning that obvious service work was needed for this component but they apparently felt since I didn't allow them to do thorough diagnostic procedure that I wasn't deserving of the information. I will not return here for service because of this, but they probably have their reasons. More
