Close.. Communication seems to be an issue. We have brought our F550 service body truck in for routine maintenance since it was new, and use a fleet managemen Communication seems to be an issue. We have brought our F550 service body truck in for routine maintenance since it was new, and use a fleet management company for payment. In three service visits the billing has never been done correctly. We have had to call in more than once per service visit to straighten this out, one time we had to make a personal visit to the billing department. The last visit we were told the truck shop was too busy to complete the recommended tire rotation. More
