My experience with the Sales Department at Mercedes Benz Hagerstown was excellent. During my first visit, I was treated with respect and not pressured, even though I advised the sales representative (Barry Hagerstown was excellent. During my first visit, I was treated with respect and not pressured, even though I advised the sales representative (Barry London) that I was not purchasing that day. Several weeks later when I made the decision to purchase my first Mercedes Benz, Barry guided me through the entire process with professionalism and an exceptional knowledge of the vehicle. Everyone I’ve dealt with during the Sales process has made this the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.
