This may be a little long winded but I just can’t say enough good things about my recent experience with Pine Belt Subaru on the purchase of my new 2022 Forester Limited. This was actually my 4th Subaru enough good things about my recent experience with Pine Belt Subaru on the purchase of my new 2022 Forester Limited. This was actually my 4th Subaru purchase from Pine belt in Lakewood. I actually was quite happy with the 2020 Limited that I owned but I figured I would upgrade to a 2022 model. Since the car I wanted was no longer available (it sold), they actually ordered the car for me with the options that I wanted and told it would take about 2 months. Well needless to say in a little over 1 month I received the call that the car was in. I dealt with many different individuals at the dealership. From Joe Silva, who always has a warm smile when he greets you at the door to Barry Mackenzie, who initiated and spearheaded the deal to Rob and Geovannie who closed the deal. Stephen in Finance seamlessly crossed all the T’s and dotted all the I’s, and Brenda who took care of the insurance. I must say they are a well-oiled machine…. I even had the opportunity to meet Ryan Concord, the GM to express my thanks!! Prior to my retirement I was in service engineering and was responsible for establishing and supporting a nationwide service network. I had to deal with servicers, dealers, distributers and end users so I know what customer service is all about when I give Pine Belt a 5 Star Review. I’m 71 and maybe this will be my last car but, in the future, if I should decide to purchase another Subaru I will definitely go back to Pine belt. They treat you like family !! More

I just took technology course with JT and it was super helpful and informative. Even the service center is excellent! They know me by name and always making sure my vehicle is well taken care of! Keeping my family and I safe and on the road for 7 years and counting! Highly recommend! Excellent all around!! The entire team at Pine Belt Subaru is great!!!! More

I just wanted to express how happy I am with this dealership. Mike went out of his way to assist me while I was in service with my new vehicle and had a ton of questions. The delivery tech was unavai dealership. Mike went out of his way to assist me while I was in service with my new vehicle and had a ton of questions. We came in for Service and we were greeted by Barry, he explained was a great time to get out of lease early and he introduced me to my former salesman Mike to go over the details.
