I feel like the salesman that we worked with didn't care about the sale. We were told we were going to get floor mats for our new vehicle and they'd call when they have some an nothing. Spent an hour tops at the dealer including walking through the vehicle features and getting us set up with the Ford app to to go, paperwork and all.
