Very pleased with the attention we have gotten, while purchasing our 2014 Mazda cx9. Had been trying to work with other dealerships, but not a good experience. I recently bought my Mazda3 from this Ray Skillman Mazda. Barry Morris was my salesman and he was exceptional. I found my mazda on the dealerships website and contacted them about it. From that point on, Barry Morris was my salesman and he was exceptional. I found my mazda on the dealerships website and contacted them about it. From that point on, my car buying experience was like none other. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted in the parking lot and directed to a gentlemen named Yanni. Right away, I felt welcomed and at ease. Yanni then introduced me to Barry. I can not say enough good things about Barry. He was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgable and most helpful from the very exciting test drive all the way through the purchasing of the car. I arrived at the dealership around 7:00pm and by 10:30, I was driving away in my new mazda3. Barry first took me on a long test drive so I could get a good feel for the car. Once we got back to the dealership, we went right into working the deal for my trade in. Most of time this is the part that we dread going through, but with Barry, he made it a very pleasant and painless experience. He immediately took my keys to my car that I was trading in and started to work. He made me feel very relaxed and welcomed and like he really wanted to work with me. He did all the pre-paperwork for the trade in so it could be sent to the finance department and then proceeded in taking me to the mazda again and started explaining how everything in the car worked. After that, he went over all the brochures and the paperwork with me. He let me ask questions where needed and was very good in giving good answers to anything that I had questions about. Once that was done, he took me to meet the finance gentleman. When the deal was all approved and signed the service with Barry did not stop there. He again took me to my new Mazda and again helped me get acquainted with my new love (mazda3). He helped me get my bluetooth, navigation, satelite radio, and my phone set up in the car. Needless to say my first drive home in my new car was very enjoyable. I was able to use the navigation system and make a hands free call too friends while driving. Barry's exceptional service did not stop there. A day and a half later, he called to let me know that he had the touch up paint ordered for me and also the Mazda book as promised and to let me know he would keep it in his desk draw until I could come and pick it up. I had the pleasure of meeting, Barry Morris, salesman at Mazda for Ray Skillman auto mall on west side in Indianapolis. I highly recommend Barry to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new car. Barry's approach to customer service is something I am not used to. I spent nearly four hours driving and learning about five different cars. Barry was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and totally committed to making sure that I was making a correct purchase. He advised me to take my time and become more sure of what I need in a car and then go see him. I was happy to know that he can help with any car that Ray Skillman carries. What I liked about Barry was that there was no pressure from him to make a deal. Ray Skillman organization should be very proud to have an employee like Barry Morris, he is an asset to this company. I initially visited the location in the fall of 2011 to test drive a few cars that I was interested in purchasing. While ultimately I did not proceed with anything more than a few test drives, I returned test drive a few cars that I was interested in purchasing. While ultimately I did not proceed with anything more than a few test drives, I returned in February 2012. During my February visit I wanted to test drive a Mazda 3 and had the opportunity to meet Barry Morris. Barry was great to work with and after driving the the Mazda, we discussed what I had driven the previous fall and I decided to drive the Kia Optima again. Barry was more than willing to talk with me about both the Mazda and Kia vehicles and was extremely knowledgeable about both. He was definitely interested in hearing what I liked about both and kind enough to discuss the features of each as they related to what I was looking for in a vehicle. At no point throughout our conversation did I feel pressured to make a decision because ultimately he wanted to make sure I would be happy with my decision and thoroughly enjoy the car I wanted. I ultimately decided that I preferred the Optima over the Mazda 3 and although the exact color of the model I was interested in was not on the lot, Barry worked with the staff to determine there was one in inventory at another location. At that point, Barry began working with me on the price. The price was reasonable and I had the opportunity to work with Dave Gambrall through the financing process and it was a pleasure as well. As you may have gathered, I left Ray Skillman that afternoon with the car I wanted, at a reasonable price and with some amazing customer service throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend visiting Ray Skillman West Auto Mall if you're looking for a friendly environment to review several vehicles and meet staff people that genuinely care about making your experience an enjoyable one that provides you with the vehicle you want. More

I went to Ray Skillman Mazda to purchase my first new vehicle and I was blown away by how easy the process was! I was initially intimidated by the whole thing, but Barry the salesman really helped me pi vehicle and I was blown away by how easy the process was! I was initially intimidated by the whole thing, but Barry the salesman really helped me pick the right car with absolutely no pressure at all. Yanni and Shalena were both so wonderful in making me feel right at home. No one made me feel rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable at all. They encouraged me to take time to think about the purchase so I'd be happy with it later on. I would absolutely recommend any of my friends to go to Ray Skillman for their next car! More
