Our client advisor Ousame Barry was outstanding! Our interaction with Barry was outstanding. Good not great My sales rep was fine. I did my homework before coming in and didn’t need to ask too much about the car. The sales manager miscalculated the tax on my My sales rep was fine. I did my homework before coming in and didn’t need to ask too much about the car. The sales manager miscalculated the tax on my offer sheet by $125 and the finance manager would not honor it. I had been sitting in there for 2 1/2 hours at that point and dropped it. Picking up the car was another exercise in waiting. Took 30 minutes for people to help us after we checked in and we had to ask a second time. But the price I got was good. More
